Deepika Padukone had sleep problems during pregnancy

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh welcomed a cute daughter as their first child last month. Deepika is enjoying her post-pregnancy holidays these days and spending time with her daughter. Meanwhile, Deepika has now spoken openly about dealing with lack of sleep and fatigue.

Deepika spoke about burnout

Actually, Deepika Padukone recently talked about burnout in an interview. The actress said, "The decisions you make when you are sleep deprived or have burnout and I think sometimes I can feel it in reality. I know that on certain days I am feeling stressed or burned out because I have not had enough sleep or have not followed my self-care rituals. I can tell that my decision-making ability is being affected to some extent."

'You have to work hard and be patient'- Deepika Padukone 

During the conversation, Deepika Padukone explained how people often keep negative emotions, especially criticism, inside themselves and emphasized on learning from it. She said, "It is absolutely normal and human to feel pain, anger and some of these extreme emotions and learn from them. The bigger picture is how you deal with that criticism and how you use it in a positive way and work on yourself. You have to work hard and be patient."

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh welcomed their daughter on September 8, announcing the birth with a joint social media post. Talking about Deepika Padukone's workfront, the actress will soon be seen in Rohit Shetty's film Singham Again. Apart from Deepika, the film stars Ajay Devgan, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff, Jackie Shroff, Arjun Kapoor and Shweta Tiwari in important roles. The film is set to release in theaters this Diwali. Rohit Shetty's action thriller is set to clash with Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan's film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 at the box office. Both films will clash in theaters on the same day. Apart from this film, Deepika will also be seen in Kalki 2. According to media reports, Deepika may be seen in a film called The Intern. Apart from Deepika, Amitabh Bachchan will also be seen in this film. The film will be directed by Amit Ravindranath Sharma. The film will be produced jointly by Sunil Khetrapal and Deepika.
